Outdoor Rugs

I love the look of these rugs and bought six in three sizes for all of my exterior doors. They look great with our black lighting fixtures. They don't scrape the gunk off your shoes like some rugs do. They work for the way we live, as we remove and either hose or brush off muddy shoes before entering the house.

Outdoor Rugs

The picture looks better

This was a great looking rug on the screen, but I was very disappointed when I unrolled it at home! The colors aren't as vibrant in "real life." Colors like the light blue that are speckled across it seemed to increase a thousandfold. The colors are much more drab--almost ugly. I see a good bit of burgundy in the rug on the computer, but in real life, there's burgundy and a lot of purple, too, and I mean "grape" purple. The deep orangey-brown color on the screen looks more like a "flesh" colored crayon--not good. I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do with it. It will be a huge pain to rewrap this thing--in plastic wrap???--and ship it back! Uggghh!

This rug is fine for the price, but beware, this is a low-end product -- you get what you pay for. The pile has a very synthetic feel, not much fun on bare feet.

I am not sure why others are disappointed with this rug, it is very inexpensive, what would you expect. The quality is good, it is a poly-fiber rug. The colors are bright, mine matched the picture pretty closely. I have two small dogs that like to shed hair, the rug cleans well with the vacuum. I did have to purchase an underlayment for the rug because it is light and likes to slip around on the floor. I let the rug warm in the sun outside then layed it flat on the floor, all of the shipping "folds" flattened right out (it was rolled but wanted to roll back up when layed flat).I have no problems walking on this rug barefoot or with socks on. It is a great addition to our newly finished hardwood floors and we plan on replacing it with a more decorative rug in the future but it serves its purpose. I am very happy with this and will use it in another room when I do find a replacement. It is informal and fun.

The picture looks better

Beautiful!

The rug is exactly what I needed to finish decorating my living room. The color is a little bit blue-ish gray which is great because it adds a little touch of color (not too much). The only downfall right now is that its shedding a lot...but from the other reviews it looks like after a few vacuums it will stuff.Looks awesome at a very affordable price. Love it!

The opposite of soft!

I LOVED this rug in the picture. It came very quickly and was exactly as I had imagined it would look! The rug was very thin, which was fine... The problem was that this was the most uncomfortable, scratchy, rug I have ever felt. It was the opposite of soft! I can't imagine that anyone would want to step on this rug barefoot. As much as I loved the rug and wanted to make it work, I just couldn't justify having an uncomfortable rug to step on when I roll out of bed. However, the return process was VERY easy!

The opposite of soft!

This carpet has lovely vivid colors which brighten up the living room as our furniture is dark wood and walls are neutral. It feels really nice to be bare foot on with a good hand tufted texture. It does not fluff much or give off fibers.
