paid a premium price for a rug that showed up filthy...had to spend an additional $50 to get it cleaned in time for a dinner party...company accepted no blame even though it was wrapped in one piece of plastic that came off in shipping...company tried to bribe me to remove review with $20..never again will i do business with this co.

This rug arrived rolled. It has beautiful colors in it. I placed it under my desk and it won't lie flat. It's very thin. It has been a month now and it's still buckling. Very disappointing. Too much hassle to send it back. It's going out into the garage workshop for a while, on it's way to the trash.

I ordered the "Home Dynamix New Generation Area Rug" and was very disappointed once I recieved this item from the shipper. The rug arrived in it's card board box container and was wrapped in sealed plastic. However, after removing the rug from the plastic, it was clearly soiled. I've contacted shipper and sent back pictures and has yet to receive a reply regarding the condition of the rug.
